Wendy Tang, M.Ed., RCC, is a skilled, compassionate and highly attuned Registered Clinical Counsellor who supports individuals through anxiety, grief, life transitions, and the journey of discovering their inner strengths. Her work is rooted in a deep commitment to personal growth and emotional well-being.
Wendy draws from a range of evidence-based approaches—including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Bowen Family Systems Therapy, and Mindfulness practices—to tailor each session to the unique needs and goals of her clients.
With a warm and collaborative presence, Wendy fosters a safe, non-judgmental environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered.
