Wellspring Counselling Inc. provides counseling and psychotherapy services in Metro Vancouver and virtually across BC and some provinces in Canada. The psychotherapy approach that therapists at Wellspring have tends to be integrative. Some of the psychotherapy approaches utilized (depending on the counsellor) include: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Observed Experiential Integration (OEI), and Motivational Interviewing.
