Online appointments with Wellspring RCCs
Whether you attend from Calgary, Edmonton or another Alberta community, online appointments let you meet a Wellspring RCC without travelling to our Vancouver office. The service described here is online counselling; Wellspring does not have an Alberta office.
Our RCCs offer online counselling to clients in Alberta. The right clinician depends on your concerns, the type of counselling you want and current availability. You can ask about individual or couples work and compare the relevant profiles.

Planning across time zones
Check the time zone displayed by Jane when choosing an appointment. Your Alberta location and your counsellor’s BC location may show different local times. If you travel or your calendar settings change, confirm the appointment time with your counsellor.
Tell us that you will physically be in Alberta when arranging your consultation. If the available booking locations are unclear, contact Wellspring so we can direct you to the right option.
Fees and benefits in Alberta
Check your own plan’s wording for Registered Clinical Counsellor services, including any requirements about a provider based outside the province. RCC is a professional designation associated with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors; it is not a claim of local statutory registration in Alberta. Coverage depends on your insurer and the individual clinician.

No. The appointments described on this page are online. Our only current in-person office is in Vancouver, BC, by appointment and through select counsellors.
How do I choose a counsellor?
Read the profiles, compare the type of counselling and approaches offered, and use a free 15-minute consultation to ask about fit. You can use manual filters or optional Wellspring AI matching.
What if I will attend from a different province?
Tell your counsellor before your appointment. Use the Canada province guide to explore current options; Ontario appointments use Ontario-specific links through eligible Registered Psychotherapists.
Choose the right person and location
Wellspring’s only current in-person office is in Vancouver, by appointment and through select counsellors. Online options depend on where you will physically attend sessions and the clinician. Use our Canada province guide to find the right route.
A free 15-minute consultation is a short introduction to discuss fit. Regular therapy appointments are separate, paid sessions. Check fees and policies and confirm coverage for the individual clinician’s designation with your insurer.
