You don’t have to figure it all out on your own.
If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or caught in patterns that no longer serve you, therapy can offer a new way forward. Katie is a Registered Clinical Counsellor who helps individuals make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface—so they can feel more grounded, connected, and at ease in their lives and relationships.
Katie offers a warm, non-judgmental space where you can slow down, be heard, and begin to explore what’s really going on. Her trauma-informed approach emphasizes safety, compassion, and trust—especially if you’ve learned to hide parts of yourself or tend to prioritize others at the expense of your own well-being.
Drawing on Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy for Individuals (EFiT), and somatic modalities, Katie gently helps you connect with the parts of yourself that may carry pain, shame, or self-doubt—while nurturing the parts that are wise, strong, and resilient. Together, you’ll work at a pace that feels right for you, honoring your unique experiences and needs.
Whether you’re navigating anxiety, burnout, relationship challenges, or the lingering impact of past trauma, Katie is here to support you in reconnecting with yourself and creating meaningful, sustainable change.
