I am a counsellor and psychotherapist with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University. I am registered as an AMFT in California and an RCC with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors.

My clinical experience spans private practice, addiction treatment, acute psychiatric settings, community mental health, and crisis intervention, allowing me to support clients across a wide range of concerns and levels of acuity.

I specialize in trauma-informed, attachment-based therapy, helping individuals understand their patterns, build self-trust, and improve their relationships—with themselves and others.

My approach integrates strengths-based work to support self-esteem and life transitions, alongside evidence-based modalities including CBT, DBT, ACT, and EFT. I also incorporate neuroscience and health-focused perspectives to help clients develop deeper self-understanding and create sustainable, values-aligned changes in how they live and relate.

My style is collaborative, direct, and compassionate. I aim to create a space where clients feel understood while also being supported to make meaningful, practical changes.

My focus is on helping clients gain insight, build effective tools, and move toward a more grounded, connected, and fulfilling way of living.
