Stress Counselling & Therapy in Vancouver and Online in Canada
Stress from work, relationships or daily responsibilities can leave you feeling overwhelmed. You may notice tension, disrupted sleep or difficulty switching off. Ongoing stress can contribute to or worsen headaches, digestive discomfort and other health concerns; these symptoms can also have other causes.
Counselling offers space to identify your stressors, notice patterns and practise ways of responding. Depending on your needs, this may include grounding, mindfulness, examining unhelpful thoughts, problem-solving or setting boundaries. Finding what helps takes practice and adjustment; no single approach works for everyone.
