WELLSPRING COUNSELLING & PSYCHOTHERAPY
Online Counselling in Delta, BC
Compare online counselling options for anxiety, trauma and emotional patterns, including clinicians who integrate EMDR. Attend from Delta and choose a therapist whose working style suits you.
Choose online appointments or ask about Vancouver
For clients attending from North Delta, Ladner or Tsawwassen, Wellspring’s Delta service is online. You can meet your counsellor from a private space without making a trip to the office. Our only in-person office is at 3665 Kingsway #300, Vancouver; appointments there depend on the clinician and current availability.
If meeting in person matters to you, confirm that option before booking. Our team cards show each clinician’s session format, languages and approaches. The manual filters can help you compare these preferences without sharing a personal story with AI.
Looking for EMDR? Compare the person as well as the approach
EMDR is one of the approaches offered within the team. Read our EMDR therapy guide and ask your prospective counsellor how they integrate it, what preparation involves and how they decide whether it fits your goals. Choosing an EMDR-labelled appointment does not mean that processing starts at the first meeting.
You can also explore anxiety counselling, trauma counselling and counselling through life transitions. You do not need to select a therapy method before contacting us.

Questions to bring to a consultation
- How do you work with the particular experiences I want help with?
- What would an initial session involve, and how would we agree on goals?
- How do you adapt your approach when someone feels overwhelmed?
- If I prefer in-person appointments in Vancouver, is that currently an option with you?
Public mental health services in Delta
For public services, Fraser Health lists a North Delta Mental Health Centre and a South Delta Mental Health Centre. These are separate from Wellspring. Check Fraser Health’s current service and referral information to understand the options available to you.
Fees, benefits and your first step
Start with a free 15-minute consultation to discuss fit, your goals and practical questions. It is an introductory conversation; ongoing counselling sessions are paid appointments. Check current fees and insurance information and the clinician’s booking calendar before scheduling.
If you plan to use extended health benefits, ask your insurer whether your chosen clinician’s Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) designation is covered. A consultation does not establish coverage or guarantee that a particular approach is appropriate for you.
The practice behind your appointments
Wellspring Counselling & Psychotherapy was founded in 2016 by Alistair Gordon, MA, RCC, UBC Adjunct Professor, published author and developer of CorMorphosis™ Psychotherapy. The team offers different therapeutic approaches, languages and areas of practice. You can compare them before deciding who to contact.
