For nearly two decades, I have helped individuals and couples heal, grow, and reconnect with purpose. My practice is grounded in depth-integrative, meaning-oriented, and holistic therapy that weaves together neuroscience, attachment theory, and depth psychology—an approach I term “soul-centred counselling.” I specialize in trauma recovery, relationship healing, and personal transformation, supporting clients in developing lasting emotional balance and self-understanding.

I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (2011) and have completed extensive postgraduate training in EMDR, Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Clinical Hypnosis, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and the Developmental Model of Couples Therapy. My work is deeply influenced by the writings of Carl Jung and Dr. Clarissa Pinkola Estés, whose mythopoetic perspectives inform my respect for the symbolic, creative, and transformative dimensions of human experience.

Drawing from an eclectic blend of evidence-based and experiential approaches—including EMDR, HeartMath Coherence, mindfulness, guided imagery, and dreamwork—I help clients process trauma, cultivate resilience, deepen self-awareness, and reclaim inner strength. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and integrative, honouring the biological, psychological, social, and spiritual dimensions of wellbeing.
