Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC)

Audrey Carriere, MA, RCC

Audrey Carriere

Audrey blends her background in both physical and mental health to help clients understand how their body, brain, and nervous system shape emotions, behaviors, and relationships. With a belief in curiosity, compassion, and observing without judgment, she creates a gentle therapeutic space where clients can soften old survival patterns, reconnect with their bodies, and develop a deeper sense of self-compassion. Her work is grounded in nervous-system-informed approaches that support clients in moving toward lives that feel authentic and aligned with their values.

Audrey works with individuals who want to strengthen their emotional regulation and shift out of cycles of overthinking, people-pleasing, and shutting down. She draws from a range of therapeutic modalities—including EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)—to tailor each session to the unique needs of the person in front of her.

With a strong appreciation for the mind-body connection, Audrey is passionate about helping clients feel safe, seen, and empowered throughout their counselling journey. She welcomes people of all backgrounds, identities, and lived experiences.
