Cameron Wharram, MA, RCC works with both couples and individuals. With a collaborative approach, Cameron helps couples more effectively repair communication breakdowns and emotional disconnection, reduce stress, and rebuild trust and intimacy.
In his work with individuals, Cameron supports clients who feel stuck—whether in cycles of anxiety, overthinking, people-pleasing, or performance pressure. He helps clients explore how long-held coping strategies, while once protective, may now be getting in the way of fully participating in life. Together, he and his clients work to heal these patterns and build new, values-aligned ways of relating to themselves and others.
Integrating training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Performance Psychology, and the Gottman Method, Cameron balances practical skills, including emotional regulation, distress tolerance, boundary setting, and effective communication—with a meaning-based approach.
Cameron believes that our most frustrating struggles can point us toward our unmet needs and core values.
Through focused, evidence-based therapy, he helps clients roll up their sleeves and do the work of meaningful change—so they can live more fully, aligning their lives with their values.
In her work with individuals, Chantelle supports clients navigating issues like anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, and self-esteem. Her approach creates a space for self-reflection, healing, and meaningful growth.
