Benefits of Psychodynamic Therapy

Our Fees

Wellspring Counselling & Psychotherapy provides professional counselling and psychotherapy services delivered by Registered Clinical Counsellors (RCCs) with graduate-level training from accredited institutions and membership with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC).

Session Fees

All standard sessions are 50 minutes.

Individual Counselling

50-minute session $140-$170

Official receipts are issued automatically following payment.

Couples & Family Counselling

50-minute session $150-195

Longer sessions may be arranged in advance when appropriate.

Specialized Services

50-minute session $160-$200

For specialized approaches (for example, EMDR), fees vary by clinician and service. Your exact rate will be confirmed at booking.

To streamline services and ensure consistency, Wellspring Counselling & Psychotherapy accepts credit card payment only. Payments are processed securely through the booking system and are due at the beginning of each session. Official receipts are issued automatically following payment. Direct billing is not offered.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee. This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation.

Extended Health Coverage

Many extended health benefit plans provide coverage for counselling or psychotherapy sessions with Registered Clinical Counsellors (RCCs). Coverage varies by provider and employer plan. Clients are responsible for confirming coverage directly with their insurance provider or employer. Receipts can be submitted for reimbursement where applicable.
