Are you feeling stuck in patterns you don’t fully understand—battling inner thoughts, behaviours, or emotions that feel hard to change?

Maybe you’re navigating life after trauma, struggling to communicate in your relationships, or finding it difficult to connect with your feelings and needs. You might even wonder, “Why am I like this?” or feel unsure how to move forward.

First, please know this: You are not broken. You are human. And your struggles make sense in the context of what you’ve been through.

Reaching out can feel intimidating—I get that. But you don’t have to do this alone. I’m here to support you, to really hear you, and to gently challenge you toward becoming the version of yourself you most want to be.

In my work, I primarily draw from the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model, which honours the natural complexity of who we are. I believe that what we often see as “negative” thoughts or behaviours are actually protective parts—adaptations formed in response to pain, fear, or unmet needs. These patterns aren’t signs of weakness—they are signs of resilience.

Together, we can begin to understand these parts with compassion, gently transform what no longer serves you, and reconnect you with your deeper wholeness.
